I hope the elaborate background doesn't seem too pretentious. I mean, it has always been my dream to emulate some of the great artists out there who do amazing detailwork e.g. , , , but I don't want to seem like I'm merely following in their footsteps. This is how I draw, and it just happens to be similar to their work. =d In any case, every new picture is a learning curve for me. Here, I've learnt how to manipulate the heck out of colouring the lines and the virtues of not leaving things until the last minute ( haven't quite remedied that quite yet. xD;

Eeek, I'm rambling. >< But yea, that's how I feel. I feel kinda insecure with my art, despite the compliments ( which I adore with all my heart, thank you you kind, kind people ;w, and I just hope to one day break out with something really spectacular that will make people sit up and take notice. >< But don't we all? xDDDDDD
