Like Lazarus, I've come back to say hi! Deviantart looks so much spiffier and user-friendly, it amazes me. Some general housekeeping, as of today I am making this account INACTIVE . I will not delete any works or put any into storage, but neither will I post new works here. Instead, I've created a Deviantart account @ Nascens . I've been tied to the ryuusei-illusion name for so long that I think it'd be nice to have a bit of a change. Alive and very much ensconced in a swaddle of blankets because WINTER is approaching :D What I've gotten up to in the last few months - started the honours program at university - gotten caught up in a whirlwind of lots and lots of British telly ( namely Mock the Week, Sherlock, James May and Mark Gatiss related programs) - being very sociable and taking up a secretarial position in a club - Oaktree's Live Below the Line - finally had the high tea to celebrate two decades of existing. Yes, I've moved out of teenage-dom *sniffs* What about you guys? :DDD

So I've just started working full-time-ish at my summer internship- very exciting stuff, mRNA extraction, cell culturing and PCRs which I have yet to dooooo.  Inevitably you feel the tired pants and puffs of the day settle on your shoulders too comfortably as soon as you step out the lab doors and you don't feel like doing anything at all but have some yummy food and go to sleep watching British comedy. This is my excuse for my lack of inactivity. xDDD Will be flying off to Perth next Monday though so the holiday period IS NOT WASTED.
